  maximal dimension of substrate up to 350 mm, spectral range of the coats from ca. 300 nm up to IR.

• evaporating of dielektric and metallic partially transmissible coats

• thermic hardening (by thermic prestressing)
  of lenses, filters und Flatglass - dimensions up to 250 x 250 mm.
